I’m really hated in facing the complicated situation because it will be difficult in solving those problems.

PBL session make me easier to understands the certain situation with learn on how to solve given problems.
There is a lot of opinions from various kind of parties to solve the problems given. This will help me to make a decision effectively and faster.
Not only that, PBL session also increases my education level.
Updating PBL Session 1 (What I do not know about this case/problem?)
In the given case, I have noticed that I’m not very sure about the uses of system development life cycle in recognizing preliminary investigation phase. Is this only the step that including in identify the problems in preliminary investigation and what is the steps needed.
It’s not only that, I’m also did not know what is computer system but after doing preliminary investigation, I can conclude that the cost of creating the computer system is not equally to the profit that we gain.
Updating PBL Session 1 (What I Know about this case/problem? )
Base on the case that I have been given, it can be concluded that this case is regarding Pahang Electronics Sdn Bhd which have assigned Kurniadi Murthar as their system analyzer. He is responsible to solve problems regarding Pahang electronics Sdn Bhd’s new projects. So, it is Kurniadi responsibility to attend all management meeting to listen to all problems and will try to solve each of these problems.
In the meeting, En Azhar, who is the new project manager have asked all the head department s which is sales department, factory department, and inventory department if they have facing any difficulty in their task. Then, En Azhar , who is the manager of sale department have told that sales department always encounter problems with their stock list. The problem arise when the the stock in hand always change suddenly whether increasing and decreasing which will effects the number of customers and also make their staff’s task become more difficult by selling out of stock goods.
Next, En Firdaus have agreed that their current system cannot cope with semi manual and computerized stock update. He also suggested that company use Point of sale to update the stock in and out. This will make finance staff’s task become easier.
After listening to all the problems that have been reported by each departments, En Kurniadi have taking his responsibility to find the solutions for each problems that have been arise in the new project of the company.
